摘    要:心房颤动(房颤),是临床上最常见的心律失常之一,具有很高的发病率、致残率和致死率,但发病的分子机制仍不完全明确。研究表明,房颤引发的心房重构由电重构、结构重构和神经重构组成,其发生和维持条件包括异位电活动、折返环的形成及自身进展性。新近的研究发现,微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在心房重构中扮演了重要角色,参与了心脏重构的发生发展,并有助于揭示房颤发病的分子机制,为房颤机制的研究与防治提供新的前景。本文对miRNA在房颤心房重构中的作用机制作一综述。

Abstract:Atrial fibrillation (AF), one of the most common arrhythmias in clinic, has characteristic of high incidence, disability and mortality. But the molecular mechanism of the disease is still unclear. Studies have shown that atrial remodeling induced by AF is composed of electrical, structural and nerve remodeling. Its occurrence and maintenance conditions include ectopic electrical activity, the formation of reentry ring and its own progressiveness. Recent studies have found that microRNA (microRNA, microRNA) plays an important role in atrial remodeling, participates in the occurrence and development of cardiac remodeling, helps to reveal the molecular mechanism of AF, and provides new prospects for the research and prevention of AF. This article reviews the role of microRNA in atrial remodeling in AF.
