| 摘 要： | 目的：评价玻璃体切割联合眼内异物取出术治疗眼球壁异物的效果。方法：回顾性分析1998年9月－2002年3月经玻璃体手术治疗眼球异物29例29眼的临床资料。结果：28眼成功取出异物，成功率为96．6％，术后视力提高21眼（72．4％），不变5眼（17．3％），下降3眼（10．3％），术后1个月视力＞0．02者22眼（75．9％），其中≥0．1者6眼（20．7％）。结论：玻璃体切割术可有效取出眼球壁异物，减少并发症发生，提高术后视力，同时可处理眼内异物存留的并发症。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of vitrectomy for ocular trauma with intra- and sub-retinal foreign bodies. MethodsClinical records of 29 patients(29 eyes)of penetrating ocular injuries with intra- and sub-retinal foreign bodies treated by vitreous surgery in a period from September 1998 to March 2002 were analysed retrospectively.ResultsThe foreign bodies of 28 eyes were extracted successfully(96.6%). Visual acuity was improved in 21 eyes(72 4%),no changed in 5 eyes(17.3%)and decreased in 3 eyes(10.3%).One month after the operation, visual acuity was 0.02 or better in 22 eyes(75.9%),0.1 or better in 6 eyes(20.7%).ConclusionVitrectomy is favorable for the extraction of intra- and sub-retinal foreign bodies, the increase of postoperative vision ,the decrease of complication and the management of complications. |
