磁共振弥散加权成像对肠梗阻病因的良恶性判定价值

目的 探讨磁共振弥散加权成像对于肠梗阻病因的良、恶性判定价值.方法 分析本院收治的经手术病理证实的89例肠梗阻磁共振成像资料,由两名高年资放射科医师双盲法阅片,评价磁共振弥散加权成像对肠梗阻的定位和病因的良恶性判定价值.结果 磁共振对于89例肠梗阻的定位诊断符合率100％,对肠梗阻病因的良、恶性判定符合率为97.8％（87/89）.结论 磁共振成像对肠梗阻致病因素的良恶性具有很高的判定价值,有助于更好的指导临床治疗.

Evaluating value of MR-DWI in the benign or malignant of bowel obstruction

Objective To investigate the determine value of MRI in the etiology of benign and malignant bowel obstruction by unprepared bowel. Methods Analysis of our hospital 89 cases Qf intestinal obstruction, which was confirmed by surgical pathology, by two radiologists double-blind read high qualification, evaluation of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging of benign and malignant cause of intestinal obstruction of positioning and determine the value. Results The localization diagnosis coincidence rate of 89 cases intestinal obstruction 100% by magnetic resonance imaging, the benign and malignant obstruction etiology of judge coincidence rate was 97.8% （87/89）. Conclusion MRI has a high diagnosis value for the determine value of benign and malignant bowel obstruction, help to better guide clinical treatment.
