2型糖尿病患者晚期糖基化终末产物水平与骨密度的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 研究2型糖尿病患者体内晚期糖基化终末产物水平(AGEs)与骨密度的关系.方法 收集本院就诊的2型糖尿病患者217例,对照组为205例非糖尿病正常人群.采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清AGEs水平,双能X线骨密度仪测定腰椎(L2~L4)及左股骨颈骨密度.结果 2型糖尿病组腰椎(L2~L4)及左侧股骨颈BMD低于对照组(P<0.05),但AGEs水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05).血清AGEs水平与腰椎骨密度(r=-0.473,P<0.05)及股骨颈骨密度呈负相关(r=--0.429,P<0.05).结论 2型糖尿病患者体内晚期糖基化终末产物水平与腰椎及股骨颈骨密度密切相关.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the relationships between advanced glaciation end products(AGEs) and bone mineral density in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The subjects of this study were 217 patients with type 2 diabetes in diabetes group and 205 healthy people in control group, Serum AGEs level was determined by ELISA, Lumbar spinal and left collum femoris bone mineral density(BMD) were detected by DXA. Results Plamsa AGEs level in diabetes group was significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05), lumbar spianl and collum femoris BMD are significantly lower than control group(P〈O.05). Plamsa AGEs level was negatively correlated with lumbar spianl (r=--0.473, P〈O.05)and collum femoris BMD(r=-0.429, P〈0.05). Coulusions Plamsa AGEs level is correlated with lumbar spinal and collum femoris BMD in patients with type 2 diabetes.
