高血压脑出血微创清除术疗效分析

目的总结高血压脑出血行颅内血肿微创穿刺粉碎清除术的临床疗效。方法 58例高血压脑出血的患者,选用YL-I型直径3 mm的微创针对颅内血肿进行穿刺碎吸。结果 58例患者,出院52例,死亡6例。随访3个月至2年,正常及生活自理者（ADL I级＋ADLⅡ级）63.5%。结论微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血,术后患者意识恢复快,治疗有效率高,病死率低,是一种安全有效的方法。

Analysis of minimally invasive surgery curative effect of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage with intracranial hematoma microinvasive puncturatio evacuation of the clinical efficacy.Methods 58 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, minimally invasive selection of YL- I type 3 mm in diameter for intracranial hematoma puncture aspiration.Results Of the 58 patients, 52 cases were discharged from hospital, 6 cases of death. Followup of 3 months to 2 years, normal and living ability（ADL I ＋ ADL grade II） 63.5%.Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of intracranial hematoma in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, postoperative patients with rapid recovery of consciousness, the effective rate of the treatment of high, low fatality rate, is a safe and effective method.
