丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼对脑出血患者hs-CRP和S100B蛋白的影响

目的 探讨丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼对脑出血患者血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和S100B蛋白的影响.方法 98例脑出血手术患者按照数字表法随机分为两组,观察组49例,对照组49例,观察组采用丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉,对照组采用丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉.测定术前、术后血清的hs-CRP和S100B蛋白.结果 观察组麻醉优良率95.9％；对照组麻醉优良率93.9％.两组间比较差异无统计学意义（x2=1.36,P＞0.05）.术后两组患者血清hs-CRP和S100B蛋白均有明显升高（P＜0.01）,并且与对照组治疗后比较,观察组升高更小（P＜0.05）.结论 丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼升高脑出血患者血清hs-CRP和S100B蛋白程度更小.

Propofol plus remifentanil on hs-CRP and S100B protein in patients with cerebral hemorrhage

＂ Objective To study propofol plus remifentanil on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs- CRP） and S100B protein in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 98 patients with cerebral hemorrhage undoing operation were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group（n=49 cases） and the control group（n=49 eases）.Tbe patients in the observation group were anesthetized through propofol plus remffentanil,while the patients in the control group were anesthetized through propofol plus fentaniL Results Anesthesia excellent rates were 95.9% in the observation group and 93.9% in the control group. No significant difference between the two groups （Z2=1.36, P〉0.O5）.Serum hs-CRP and S100B protein were significantly higher （P〈0.01）, and compared with the control group after treatment, the observation group were ]ower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Propofol plus remifentanil increased less serum hs-CRP and S100B protein in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
