恶性肠梗阻的诊断方式与治疗方案探讨

目的探讨恶性肠梗阻的检查方式和治疗方案。方法对52例恶性肠梗阻进行无肠道准备磁共振成像检查,分析42例癌性病因和10例非癌性病因恶性肠梗阻的治疗方案。结果磁共振成像对52例恶性肠梗阻的定位和病因符合率均为100%、96.2%（50/52）;MRI的良恶性判定准确率为100%。10例非癌性病因药物治疗有效率100%,42例癌性病因经手术或置入可扩式的支架,梗阻完全缓解14例,症状改善25例,无效2例。结论无肠道准备方式磁共振成像对于恶性肠梗阻检查简便、诊断准确,治疗方案的制定应综合因素,进行规范、个性化手术或非手术治疗。

Study of the diagnosis and treatment of malignant bowel obstruction

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of malignant bowel obstruction.Methods 52 cases of malignant bowel obstruction were carried out adequate bowel preparation before inspection, analysis of 42 cases of cancerous in carcinoma and 10 cases of non-cancerous in treatment of malignant obstruction.Results 52 cases of malignant obstruction MRI locating and coincidence rate aere 100%, 96.2%（50/52）, malignancy determination accuracy of MRI was 100%. 10 cases of non-cancerous due to drug treatment effective rate was 100%. 42 cases of carcinoma of cancerous of surgery or placement can be expanding type of stents, 14 cases had complete remission, symptoms improve the 25 cases, ineffective in 2 cases.Conclusion MRI by no-bowel preparation method is simple and accuracy, treatment should be comprehensive factors, specification, personalized surgical or non-surgical treatment.
