高分辨力彩色多普勒超声诊断技术用于颈动脉粥样硬化检测的效果评价

目的 探讨高分辨力彩色多普勒超声诊断技术用于颈动脉粥样硬化检测的效果.方法 缺血性脑梗死患者和同期体检者各45例,两组均采用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断.结果 观察组斑块检出率为82.22％高于对照组斑块检出率48.89％,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.观察组轻、重度血管狭窄发生率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 高分辨力彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉粥样硬化,可以早期发现颈动脉粥样硬化及斑块,血管狭窄情况.

Effect evaluation of high-resolution color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis technology for carotid atherosclerosis detection

Objective To study the effect of high-resolution color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis technology for carotid atherosclerosis detection. Methods Ischemic cerebral infarction and physical examination, 45 cases in each. The two group was diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound. Results The detection rate of plaque of the observation group was 82.22% higher than 48.89% in the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.01）. Light, severe vascular stenosis rate of the observation group better than the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion High-resolution color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis, can be found early carotid atherosclerosis and plaque, vascular stenosis.
