米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤60例的临床观察

目的 观察米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效.方法 选自本院门诊60例符合条件的子宫肌瘤患者,自经期开始的第2天口服米非司酮,1次/d,10mg/次,于晚饭1h后服用,3个月为1疗程.B超测定子宫及子宫肌瘤在用药前后的体积,并进行血液检测.结果 用药后,子宫及子宫肌瘤明显缩小,且贫血状况得到改善、激素水平下降,但复发率高.结论 米非司酮可以作为子宫肌瘤的保守治疗方案.

Clinical observation on 60 cases of uterine fibroids treatment of mifepristone

Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone in treating uterine leiomyoma. Methods From our hospital outpatient service 60 cases of uterine fibroids, since the beginning of second days of mifepristone orally, once daily, 10 mg each time, to dinner 1 hours after taking, 3 months to 1 course of treatment. B ultrasound measurement of uterine and myoma of uterus before and after the use of volume, and blood testing. Results After treatment, uterus and uterine fibroids significantly reduced, and the anemia status improved, lowering of the hormone level, but the high recurrence rate. Conclusion Mifepristone can be used as the conservative treatment of uterine fibroids.
