探讨微造瘘经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石并重度肾积水的疗效

目的对微造瘘经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石并重度肾积水患者的临床效果进行分析探讨。方法对2010年1月-2013年6月在本院采用造瘘经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石并重度肾积水的150例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 60例患者建立通道后寻找肾盂输尿管连接部时间（18±7）min,平均手术时间（56.5±15）min,肾造瘘管平均置留时间为（4.5±0.5）d,平均住院时间为（7.0±0.5）d,清石率90%,有6例患者有小于0.7vm的残留结石存在,并进行了体外冲击结石治疗,取得良好的效果。且在治疗过程中均无大出血、感染等严重的并发症出现。结论微造瘘经皮肾镜取石术治疗输尿管上段结石并重度肾积水有很好的临床疗效,有一定的临床应用效果。

Efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotony in treatment of upper ureteral calculi and severe hydronephrosis

Objective minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of ureteral calculi with severe hydronephrosis patients clinical effect analysis.Methods 2010.1-2013.6 month was in January my courtyard with nephrostomy percutaneous nephrolithotomy for treatment of upper ureteral calculi and clinical data of 150 patients with severe hydronephrosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results 60 patients with established channels for ureteropelvic junction time（18±7） min, the mean operation time（56.5±15） min,renal fistula mean retention time（4.5±0.5） days, average hospitalization time was（7±0.5） days, stone clearance rate was 90%, 6 patients with residual stones less than 0.7vm, and the extracorporeal shock stone treatment, and achieved good Results. And in the course of treatment there were no serious complications of bleeding, infection and so on.Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi with severe hydronephrosis with good clinical efficacy, the clinical application effect of certain.
