后腹腔镜加下腹部斜行小切口治疗上尿路尿路上皮癌的临床报告

目的 评价后腹腔镜加下腹部斜行小切口行上尿路尿路上皮癌根治性切除术的疗效.方法 回顾性分析后腹腔镜加下腹部斜行小切口行上尿路尿路上皮癌根治性切除术患者的临床资料.结果 手术均获成功,术中及术后未发生明显并发症,随访6～50个月,均未见肿瘤复发及转移.结论 后腹腔镜联合下腹部斜行小切口肾盂输尿管癌根治术是一种安全有效的微创治疗方法,可作为肾盂输尿管尿路上皮癌的首选治疗方法之一.

Retroperitoneal laparoscopy combined with little abdominal incision for treatment of renalpelvic carcinoma

Objective To report our experience in the treatment of renalpelvic carcinoma with retroperitoneal laparoscopy combined with little abdominal incision. Methods An incision was made in lower abdomen for bladder resection and specimen extraction after excision of kidney by retroperitoneal laparoscopy. Results The operation was performed successfully without any complication. During the Follow-up of 6--~50 months, none had tumor recurrence. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopy combined with oblique incision of renal pelvic and ureteral carcinoma radical operation is a safe and effective minimally invasive treatment method, can be used as one of the preferred method of treatment of renal pelvis and ureter urothelial carcinoma.
