摘    要:介绍了医院软实力及品牌的相关概念,通过引入软实力概念,建议依托软实力对医院品牌进行建设,加强医院精神文化建设,统一组织成员价值观,提高员工思想道德水平,掌握科学的管理模式,从而建设强而有力的医院品牌。

Abstract:Relative conceptions of hospital brand and soft power were introduced.Based on soft power conception,suggestions on hospital brand building were discussed.That strengthening spiritual culture,shaping unified value in organization,improving staff's moral and developing scientific management mode can help building powerful hospital brand.
