| 摘 要： | 对武汉市485名卖淫妇女进行了STD、HBV、HCV及HIV感染的流行病学调查,结果显示:淋病、梅毒及尖锐湿疣三种性病总感染率为34.6％;抗-HCV阳性率为10.1％;HBsAg阳性率为9.3％;未检出抗-HIV阳性者。经分析,卖淫妇女性病阳性率随年龄显著增加,与婚姻状况密切相关,与性伴数显著相关,每次均使用避孕套能显著降低性病发病率;抗-HCV阳性率与性伴数及吸毒史密切相关。

| Abstract: | Investigates 485 underground prostitutes for HIV, HBV, HCV and STD infections in Wuhan. The results showed that total infection rate of STDs including gonorrhea, syphilis, condyloma acumination was 34.6%; the positive rates of Anti-HCV and HBsAg were 10.1% and 9.3%, respectively; no one was infected with HIV. The infection rate of STD in underground prostitutes significantly increased in 20?39 age group, which was related to marital status and number of sexual partners. Using condom correctly could significantly decrease the incidence rate of STD. The positive rate of Anti-HCV was closed to the number of sexual partners and the history of drug use. |
