浅析腧穴特异性的研究思路

腧穴的特异性是指腧穴在形态结构、生物物理特性、病理反应、刺激效应等方面与其周围的非腧穴比较具有的特异性。通过对近5年来国内杂志所刊载的有关腧穴特异性的文章进行分析,对腧穴特异性的研究思路进行分析总结,发现腧穴特异性的研究从最开始的单纯研究形态结构、生物物理特性,逐渐发展到研究穴位的功能和针刺产生的效应。指出从研究针刺效应入手可能是找到针灸如何起效的有效途径。

Analysis on the research methods of acupoint speciality

Compared with its surroundings of non-acupoint or other acupoints,the acupoint has the speciality in the structure,biophysics characteristic,the pathological reaction and stimulating effect,which is called the acupoint speciality.The articles concerning acupoint speciality published on the acupuncture magazines in recent 5 years were analyzed,it was pointed out that the research of the acupoint speciality had developed simply from the structure,biophysics characteristic to the function of acupoint and effect of acupuncture gradually.The research on acupuncture effect may be the valid path to find out how acupuncture takes effect.
