防止腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的探讨(附120例临床分析)

[背景 ]探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术技巧和预防并发症的措施 .[病例报告 ]对 12 0例腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行回顾性分析 ,其中胆囊结石 6 5例 ,胆囊息肉 4 6例 ,急性胆囊炎 8例 ,胆囊癌 1例 ;手术时间 2 5～ 90min ,平均 5 0min ;中转开腹手术 6例 ,占 5 6 %;无并发症的发生 .[讨论 ]腹腔镜胆囊切除术可作为治疗慢性结石性胆囊炎和胆囊息肉的首选方法 ,减少和避免发生其严重并发症的关键在于术中对Calot三角的精细的解剖和娴熟的腹腔镜技术

Study on preventing the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy--120 cases of report

OBJECTIVE?To study the operational method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the preventive measures of complications.?METHODS?120 patients of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed, in witch 65 cases of cholecystolithiasis, 46 cases of gallbladder polyps, 8 cases of acute cholecystitis and 1 case of cholecystocarcinoma.?RESULTS?The operational time was 25～90?min (average 50?min), laparoscopic cholecystectomy transferred to operational cholecystectomy was 6 cases(about 5 6%) and there were no complications.?CONCLUSION?Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the first choice for treatment of chronic lithocholecystitis and gollbladder polyps. The key to reduce and avoid serious complications is in deliberate dissecting the Calot triangle and the skilled laparoscopic technique in operation.
