| 摘 要： | 目的]分析近4年上海市奉贤区5岁以下儿童死亡情况及主要死亡原因并探讨干预措施。方法]以2006年10月1日—2010年9月30日奉贤区各医疗机构上报的5岁以下儿童死亡报告为基本资料,分析新生儿、婴儿、1～4岁儿童死亡和5岁以下儿童死亡情况。结果]2007—2010年奉贤区5岁以下儿童死亡率由10.75‰逐年下降至5.86‰,新生儿死亡率由3.80‰逐年下降至1.42‰。溺水、意外窒息、新生儿窒息、早产儿及足月小样儿、猝死、肺炎、车祸为主要死因。结论]采用多种措施降低儿童意外死亡及婴儿死亡是降低奉贤区5岁以下儿童死亡的主要策略。
