黑龙江省自流行性腹泻病人粪便分离出产肠毒素大肠菌的实验报告

本文报告了1983年1~4月，对黑龙江省鸡西市及哈尔滨市两地区成人流行性腹泻病人的72份粪便标本做了肠道致病菌检查。检出产肠毒素大肠菌2株，检出率为2.77%。未检出其他肠道致病菌。此二株产肠毒素大肠菌经测定均为LT、ST阳性株。用O抗原做血清学鉴定结果均为O₇₈血清型。

An Etiological Investigation of Epidemic Diarrhoea Among Adults in Jixi and Harbin, Heilongjiang Province

An etiological investigation on epidemic adult diarrhoea was carried out in the cities of jixi and Harbin,Heilongjiang province from January to April,1983.Out of 72 stool samples examined for identifying enten pathogens, 2 (2.77%) strains of Enterotoxigenic E Coli were detected and identified as LT and ST positive strains both belonged to serotype O₇₈.No other enteropathogens were found.
