格粉板法测定灭家鼠效果的研究

摘    要:本文首次提出用格粉板作为测定灭家鼠效果的方法。用格粉板法与撒粉区法分别计算灭效证明,格粉板法比撒粉区法的准确性大大提高,本试验证明,在灭鼠前为中等鼠密度的情况下,100格板法比撒粉区法提高10%左右;在灭鼠前为高密度的情况下,可提高40%以上。与用夹日法比,测得的灭效稍有偏低。还证明400格粉板比100格粉板更为准确。此外,格粉板能放在撒粉区法不易观察而老鼠又经常活动和比较安全的地方。因而认为本法有较大的实用价值。


Studies on the Effect of Elimination of House Rodents by Means of Grid/Plate Method
Abstract:A new way defined as grid/plate method for evaluation of effectiveness of deratization was first reported. It involved a 20×20cm2 fibrous plate divided into 100 or 400 squares by looking from above through a cross-lined perspex or a wire-net. its comparison with the conventional powdeiered-spot method indicated that the grid/plate method could much more accurately reflect the real result of deratization. Before deratization, in a place with medium density of rodents the de cctioa rate by grid/plate with 100 squares was 10% higher than that by powdered-spot method. In case of high density -40%. Compared with the capture/day-trap method after deratization, the detection rate by grid/plate was only B bit lower.If 400-square plate was used, the accuracy was made even higher The authors suggested that the grid/plate method had its preference, especially wherever the powd-cred-spot one hardly worked. So it was concluded that the grid/plate method was of practical value.
