过氧化氢溶液消毒效果的评价

摘    要:本文报告国产1.5%过氧化氢作用5分钟,能灭活106/毫升金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、浸泡2分钟,能消除皮肤上100万/毫升的大肠杆菌,擦拭15秒钟,消除皮肤上细菌总数98.31%,与75%酒精无差异。3%溶液作用10分钟,结核杆菌菌落由融合无法计数,降至2个,30分钟,能灭活H37RV结核杆菌。在预防接种中,比较1.5%过氧化氢和75%酒精消毒皮肤(观察16,000左右人次),两组各项特征均衡可比,经随访观察,都未发现炎症或过敏反应。某院3年来,在病房门诊随访观察1.5%溶液消毒注射病员近百万人次,尚未发现各类反应。本制剂价廉,如能取代酒精,具有一定的经济效益和实用价值。


Evaluation of H2O2 for its Efficacy of Disinfection
Abstract:This article reported that 1.5% hydroperoxide Solution could inactivate Staphylococci, pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli in the concentration of 106 cells per ml within 5 min.After being immersed for 2 min., one million bacterial cells per ml of E.coli on the surface of skin were eliminated, when this disinfectant was used to clean the skin, 98.3% of E.coli were killed in 15 sec. The effect had no significant difference from 75% ethyl alcohol. Furthermore, 3% hydroperoxide solution would inactivate the cells of H37RV strain of tubercle bacilli in 30 min.Two-group people about 16,000 person-times in immunization campaign were selected to compare the disinfection effect of 1.5% hydroperoxide solution and 75% alcohol, and no inflammation and allergy reactions were finally observed on the skin of both groups.1.5% solution hed beused in the wards and outpatient department of a hospital for three years, the results showed that hydroperoxide was safe after using about one million person-times. Authors suggested that hydroperoxide can substitute for ethyl alcohol during skin disinfection, because it had the advantages of low cost and high benefit.
