铅作业工人血清NO水平检测研究

摘    要:目的 探讨NO与铅的毒作用之间的关系。方法 某个体蓄电池厂30名铅作业工人为研究对象,以33名非铅接触者为对照组,以微分电位溶出法测定血铅;以硝酸还原酶法测定血清NO含量。结果 铅接触组血清NO含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。但不同工龄组间血清NO含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。血清NO含量与血铅深度及尿δ-ALA含量无直线相关关系(P>0.05)。结论 一氧化氮在铅毒作用机制中可能有一定的意义。

Abstract:Objective In order to explore the relationship between the serum NO level and laed intoxication. Methods The contents of serum NO and blood lead in 30 battery workers exposed to lead and in 33 controls without lead exposure were studied. The blood was determined using differential potentiometriic stripping analysis (DPSA). The level of NO was determined using nitrate reductase. Results The content of serum NO was remarkably higher in lead exposure group than that in control group (P<0.05). No difference of NO content was found in different work-age groups. Also, no linear correlation could be shown between content of serum NO and blood lead, and urinary or δ-ALA. Conclusion The serum NO might play certain role in lead intoxication but need further study.
