加强护理干预对大小便检验率的影响

目的 探讨在基层医院加强护理干预对住院患者大小便检验率的影响.方法 对本科室2010年8月至2010年10月期间收治的200例临床住院患者大小便的采集采取了相应的护理干预对策,并对干预前后大小便检验率进行比较分析.结果 经加强护理干预后,住院患者的大小便检验率明显高于加强护理干预前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 加强护理干预可以提高住院病人大小便检验率,可以更多的为协助临床医生在疾病的诊断和治疗上提供依据,完善住院病人要求的“三大常规”检验.

Impact of strengthened nursing intervention on the rate of fecal and urine examinations

Objective To explore the impact of strengthened nursing intervention on the rate of fecal and urine examinations in hospitalized patients at primary hospitals. Methods Corresponding nursing intervention strategies for collecting fecal and urine samples were applied in 200 patients who had been hospitalized and treated during the period of August 2010 to October 2010. The rate of fecal and urine examinations was statistically analyzed before and after nursing intervention. Results After strengthened nursing intervention, the rate fecal and urine examinations, as compared with the baselines, was markedly elevated, with a statistical significant difference （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Strengthened nursing inter- vention can improve the rate of fecal and urine examinations in hospitalized patients, provide more support for the diagnosis and treatment for various diseases, and meet the needs for blood, fecal and urine examinations.
