大承气汤对家兔胃动素分泌和胃电活动影响的实验研究

目的：观察大承气汤（DT）经胃给药对家兔胃动素分泌和胃电活动的影响。方法：用DT给家兔经胃给药，分别观察30、90、210min胃动素分泌和胃电活动结果。结果：给药后30min，胃动素分泌和胃电活动均受到明显抑制；给药后90min胃动素水平仍低于给药前，但呈上升趋势，而胃电活动已恢复至给药前水平且呈逐渐加强趋势；给药后210min胃动素水平超过给药前，胃电活动则明显增强。结论：DT经胃给药对家兔胃动素分泌和胃电活动均有先抑制后促进的作用。

Experimental Research on the Effect of Dachengqitang on Rabbits Motilin Secretion and Electrogastroaction

Objective: To observe the effect of Dachengqitang (DT) on rabbits motilin secretion and elec-trogastroaction with dosing stomach. Method: To dose rabbits with DT and observe respectively the results of motilin secretion and electrogastroaction after 30, 90 and 210 minutes. Results; 30 min after dosing, its motilin secretion and electrogastroaction were obviously inhibited; 90 min later, the level of motilin was below that before dosing with a rising trend, and electrogastroaction restored to the level before. dosing with a strengthening trend; 210 min later, the level of motilin exceeded that before dosing while the electrogastroaction were obviously strengthened. Conclusion: DT, after being dosed to stomach, can inhibit and then accelerate rabbits motilin secretion and electrogastroaction.
