| 摘 要： | 分析236例意外致伤患者心理特点主要有焦虑不安、心情抑郁、紧张恐惧、消极情绪、否认现实、愤怒怨恨、侥幸报复。采取针对性的措施:建立良好的护患关系,指导有效的放松术,引导应对压力,鼓励参加活动,进行健康教育,营造良好的语言沟通氛围,发挥家庭和社会支持系统作用等。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the psychological characteristics of 236 patients with accident injury,which manifested as anxiety,depression,tension fear,negative mood,denial,anger and hate,retaliation,and so on.The following corresponding countermeasures were proposed,such as establishing favorable nurse-patient relationship,providing directions of effective relaxation techniques,guiding the patients to cope with the stress,encouraging them to participate in various activities,providing health education,creating favorable communication atmosphere,making full use of the support network from family and society,and so on. |
