甲硝唑加氯霉素联合外用治疗寻常性痤疮976例疗效观察

目的：探讨甲硝唑 氯霉素联合外用在临床痤疮治疗中的疗效和应用价值。方法：对976例痤疮病人应用甲硝唑0．4g 氯霉素1．5g联合局部外用治疗，观察皮疹和自觉症状的消退情况以及其毒副作用。结果：本组976例患者经过1～4个疗程的治疗，痊愈542例，占55．51，显效321例，占32．9％；有效11．3例，占10．6％，无效9例，占1％。结论：甲硝唑 氯霉素联合外用在治疗痤疮的临床应用中效果明显，副作用极少，值得临床推广应用。

Combination therapy of 976 cases acne vulgaris with metronidazole and chloromycetin

Objective: To explore the curative effect and clinical value of combination therapy with metronidazole and chloromycetin on acne vulgaris. Methods: 976 patients were treated with metronidazole and chloromycetin, adverse reactions and alleviation of symptom were monitored. Result: After one to four courses of treatment, 542(55.51%)patients were cured, 321(32.9%)patients with obvious efficacy, 113(10.6%)with alliviation of symptom and 9(1%)with no efficacy. Conclusion: Combination treatment of acne vulgaris with metronidazole and chloromycetin is of efficacy and with low adverse reactions.
