| Abstract: | Formulations of nimesulide sustained- release tablets were screened out according to or- thogonal experiment design method.The release amount(8h) of nimesulide in vitro was greater than 75 %.The drug release pattern was in accord with the Higuchiequation and the stability of the tablets was satisfactory. |
