白领男性肥胖与性功能障碍关系的调查分析

目的:探讨比较不同程度男性肥胖引起性功能障碍的病因、机制及治疗方法。方法:对800例肥胖病患者的性功能状况进行调查分析,就不同程度肥胖患者引起性功能障碍情形进行综合分析。结果:肥胖组较超重组有明显的性功能障碍(P<0.05),两组肥胖的原因及合并疾病差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:男性性功能障碍与肥胖程度有关,轻度肥胖的超重对性功能影响不大,肥胖可影响性活动各个环节,长期运动减肥和控制饮食是主要治疗措施。

Investigation and analysis of the relationship between male sexual disturbanceand obesity of white collar

Objective To compare the cause,mechanism and its therapeutic methods of male sexual disturbance caused by obesity in different degrees. Method 800 cases of male obesity were studied generally analyzed on their conditions of sexual function,divided into obesity and overweight group.
