| 摘 要： | 本文报道了应用青霉素酶作为标记酶，以戊二醛偶联法制备“青霉素酶一羊抗人ＩｇＧ”复合物，以聚苯乙烯板作为免疫吸附载体，采用夹心法，碘一淀粉显色系统，对ＩｇＧ进行了酶联免疫吸附测定初探。

| Abstract: | In this report,penicillinase(E.C.3.5.2.6) was used as the marker enzyme to prepare penicillinase goat antihumen IgG conjugate by glutaraldehyde method,Using polysturent plates for immunoadsorption and starch-iodine reagent for color reagent,a sensitive enzymelinked immunosorbent assay for IgG was describled. |
