| 摘 要： | 川芎嗪能显著降低离体大鼠灌流心脏缺血再灌注所引起的心室纤颤的发生率,延长窦性节律时间,同时有减慢心率,扩大张冠状动脉,增加冠脉血流量的作用,并能明显地减少大鼠心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酶的释放和心肌酯质过氧化产物丙二醛的生成,其作用与维拉帕米相似。实验结果提示川芎嗪能保护缺血心肌,而抗酯质过氧化作用可能是其保护缺血再灌注心肌的一个重要方面。

| Abstract: | Effects of ligustrazini(Tetramethyrazine) on myocardial injury induced by cardiac ischemia and reperfusion were studied with the isolated perfused rat hearts.Ligustrazini (200mg/L and 400mg/L) significantly decreased percentage incidence of ventricular fibrillation (VF) and ventricular tachycardia (VT) of the isolated rat hearts and prolonged time in normal sinus rhythm of the isolated rat hearts during 3 min of reperfusion after 10 min of coronary occlusion. It also significantly delayed heart rate and increased the coronary flow.Ligustrazini(200mg/Land 400mg/L) significantly decreased cardiac lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) release, reduced malondial-dehyde(MDA) production.The results show that ligustrazini prevent cardiac ischemia and the action is considered to be related to the inhibition of Lipid peroxidation |
