灯盏细辛对大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血后血管痉挛的防治作用

摘    要:目的探讨灯盏细辛对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)的防治及其作用机制。方法将48只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(A)、SAH模型组(B)、灯盏细辛组(C)、尼莫同组(D)。经枕大池2次注血法建立SAH后迟发性血管痉摩(DCVS)模型,用动态图像分析法监测基底动脉血管直径变化,放免法及酶法分别测定各组大鼠血浆内皮素(ET-1)及血清NO含量。结果B组血管直径较A组缩小(P<0.01),C、D组血管直径较B组增大(P<0.01);B组的血浆ET-1水平较A组升高,C、D组血浆较B组降低(P<0.01);B组的血清NO水平较A组降低(P<0.01),C、D组较B组增高(P<0.01)。结论灯盏细辛对SD大鼠SAH后的DCVS有防治作用,其作用与升高血浆ET-1水平和降低血清NO含量有关。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore therapeutic effects of Erigeron breviscapus and mechanisms of cerebral vascular spasm(CVS)after experimental Subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).METHODS Forty-eight SD rats were divided randomly into four groups:control group,cerebral vasospasm group,Erigeron breviscapus group and Nimotip group.Experimental SAH in SD rats was made by injecting blood for two times.Basilar artery diameter changes were monitored by stereotype microscopy.The levels of ET-1 in plasm and NO in serum were measured by radioimmunoassay,enzymology,respectively at different times.RESULTS Compared with cerebral vasospasms group,basilar artery diameters in Erigeron breviscapus group dilated significently(P<0.01).The levels of ET-1 in plasma were increased,yet NO were decreased in cerebral vasospasm group compared with control group(P<0.01).In Erigeron breviscapus group,the levels of ET-1 were decreased and NO increased compared with cerebral vasospasm(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Eigeron breviscapus can inhibit increase of ET-1 and decrease of NO to prevent and treat CVS following SAH.
