急性白血病红细胞C3b受体免疫粘附活性观察及意义探讨

摘    要:本文测定31例急性白血病患者红细胞膜 C_3b 受体免疫粘附活性,结果表明急白患者红细胞膜 C_3b 受体免疫粘附活性降低,且不受化疗药物影响,并随病情变化而消长。急白患者由于红细胞膜 C_3b 受体活性下降,粘附抗体补体调理的微生物减少,协助清除中性粒细胞吞噬过程中所产生的活性氧代谢产物降低,促进中性粒细胞吞噬微生物的作用减弱。

Abstract:Inthis study,the C_3b receptor activity of erythrocytes were determined in 31 cases of actue leukemia by the rosette rate of red-cell C_3b receptors.The C_3b receptor activi- ty was markly decreased in the course of non-remission,relapse,while it increased and re- turned to normal levcl aften the complet remission. The yeast-C_3b phagocytosis by normal or patient's neutrophic was decreased in the presence of the red cells of actue leukemia.The enhanced of phagocytosis was seen when the addition of the scanvengers of superoxide dismusase. The observation suggested that the decrease in erythrocytes of the actdte leukemia lead- ing to enhanced phagocytosis was resulted from the decrease in the C_3b receptors on erythro- cytes attached to bound opsonized bacteria and alleviated by the autotoxic effect of the reac- tive oxygen metaboties from phagocytes during phagocytosis.
