| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价中医烙法治疗自发性鼻出血的效果。方法 :寻找 12 5 0例自发性鼻出血患者的出血点 ,局部表麻 ,再在出血点烙灼直至黏膜苍白出血停止。结果 :止血效果明显 ,总有效率达 94 .0 %。结论 :中医烙灼治疗自发性鼻出血治愈率高 ,患者痛苦小 ,易接受 ,是治疗鼻出血的好方法

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of cautery of Chinese medicine for patients with spontaneous epistaxis.Methods:1250 patients with spontaneous epistaxis were researched the bleeding points.After surface anesthesia,the bleeding points were cauterized till pale and bleeding was stopped.Results:This method achieved successful rate to 94.0% .Conclusion:The application of cautery of Chinese medicine for patients with spontaneous epistaxis has comparatively more advantages than other methods with high cure rate,few pain and easily acceptable. |
