新疆护理专业教育招生规模调查分析

目的了解新疆护理专业各层次招生规模、比例及发展状况，找出其与国内平均水平和2010年我国护理专业招生各层次需求预测比例差距之处。方法问卷调查法调查新疆开设护理专业各院校1998-2007年护理各层次招生人数，并根据护理招生数的动态数列，分析护理专业各层次招生发展状况。结果护理各层次招生人数均呈现上升趋势，其中中专招生人数增长幅度最大，但其招生比例则呈下降趋势，且大专、本科、研究生的发展速度均大于中专。结论新疆护理各层次招生人数、比例及发展速度的发展状况基本符合国内发展趋势，但与国内平均水平差距增大，且与2010年我国护理专业招生各层次需求预测比例仍有较大差距。

Investigation on Nursing Student Recruitment in Xinjiang

Objective To comprehend the data of nursing students recruitment in all levels of nursing speciality in Xinjiang, and to find the disparity between the nationwide average data and that of XinJiang. Methods Numbers of nursing students recruited from 1998 to 2007 in all levels of nursing colleges or nursing schools in Xinjiang were collected by using a self-designed questionnaire, and a developing series was obtained and analyzed. Results The number of nursing students recruited in all levels of nursing colleges or nursing schools was on the rise from 1998 to 2007. The growth in the numbers of secondary nursing students was fastest, but the proportion of it decreased. The development of post-secondary education, undergraduate and graduate education was faster than that of secondary education. Conclusion The development of nursing specialty in Xinjiang is in accord with that of nationwide trend, but it still shows a increasing gap when compared with domestic average level and it falls short of predicted domestic proportion in 2010.
