| 摘 要： | 目的评价布地耐德异丙托溴铵联合雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的治疗。方法2例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期的患者临床试验,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组是在一般治疗的基础上加用布地耐德异丙拖溴铵联合雾化吸入治疗10 d;治疗组和对照组均在用药前后对呼吸困难评分、肺功能检查、空腹血糖测定及不良反应评价,并进行对比。结果治疗组较对照组患者的呼吸困难症状、FEV1有明显改善。结论吸入布地耐德异丙托溴铵联合雾化,具有起效快、不良反应少等优点,减少复发的次数,缓解患者的病情。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the curative effect of COPD in acute episode stage treated with Budenide and ipratropium bromide.Methods 2 cases of such patient were divided into two groups;therapy group and control group.The therapy group was treated with budenide on the bases of ipratropium bromide atomization for 10 days.the dyspnea,lung function,blood glucose and side effect of both groups were compared.Results The situation of respiratory and FEV1 were improved in therapy group than those of control group.Conclusi... |
