经腹壁超声检测输尿管中下段结石的方法探讨

目的探讨经腹壁超声检测输尿管中下段结石的方法，提高其结石显示率。方法通过188例输尿管中下段结石超声诊断的回顾分析，采用探头加压、多切面显示、左右交替探测及利尿药的使用等方法比较观测结石显示率。结果188例中，超声诊断中段输尿管结石112例，占60％，下段输尿管结石76例，占40％。结论经腹壁超声检查输尿管中下段结石，应采用多种综合方法检测，可提高结石显示率。

Investigation on the methods of detecting ureteral stones at middle-lower segment with transabdominal ultrasound

Objective The methods of detecting ureteral stones at middle-lower segment with transabdominal ultrasound was investigated and in order to raise the display rate of stones. Methods The display rate of stones with the methods of probe compression, multiple view display, left and right alternative detection and the use of diuretic were compared and observed by 188 cases with ureteral stones at middle-lower segment retrospectively. Results In 188 cases, 112 cases （60%） were diagnosed as ureter stones at middle segment uretal stone and 76 cases（40%） were diagnosed as ureter stones at inferior segment by ultrasound. Conclusion Multiple synthetic methods of detection should be used in detecting ureteral stones at middle-lower segment with transabdominal ultrasound to raise the display rate of ureter stones.
