| 摘 要： | 目的：初步评价HPV感染妇女心理健康状况。方法：应用症状自评量表(Scl-90)，对就诊于我院宫颈中心68例HPV感染妇女和80例非HPV感染妇女进行了问卷调查，进行对比分析。结果：HPV感染妇女组的总均分及阳性项目数与非HPV感染妇女组比较，前者明显高于后者，统计学有明显差异；各因子分中躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、敌对因子得分HPV感染妇女组明显高于非HPV感染妇女组。结论：与非HPV感染妇女比较，HPV感染妇发显示出较多身心问题，这些因素可能对该病的发生、发展和治疗产生消极影响，值得临床医师注意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate psychological health of women with human papilloma virus (HPV) infection primarily. Methods: One hundred and forty-eight patients with cervical diseases in our hospital were studied and analyzed on SCL-90, with 68 women infected with HPV and 80 free of HPV infection. Results: The total scores and positive items of HPV infected women were higher than those of non-infection women, with significant differences. Conclusions: Compared with non-infected cases, HPV infected women have many physical and mental health problems. These emotional factors will have negative effects on the onset, development and therapy of the disease to which clinicians should pay more attention. |
