双巩膜咬切联合前房角分离治疗难治性青光眼

目的 研究双巩膜咬切联合前房角分离手术对难治性青光眼的治疗效果。方法 选择处于持续高眼压状态下的难治性青光眼36例36眼，实行双巩膜咬切联合前房角分离术，观察对比手术前后视力、眼压、滤过泡及并发症的情况。结果 36眼术后视力进步和不变者31眼(86．11％)。近期眼压控制32眼(88．89％)，远期眼压控制22眼(22／27)(81．48％)。近期获得功能性滤过泡28眼(77．78％)。36眼术中术后均无严重并发症。结论 双巩膜咬切联合前房角分离手术对难治性青光眼是一种有效而安全的术式。

The clinical effect of double internal sclerotomy associated with ciliarotomy for the treatment of refractory glaucoma

Objective To investigate the clinical cffect of double internal sclerotomy associated with ciliarotomy for refractory glaucoma. Methods Double internal sclerotomy associated with ciliarotomy was performed on 36 eye of 36 refractory glaucoma patients with elevated IOP. The preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure, visual acuity, filtering bleb and complications were analyzed. Results The postoperative visual acuity of 31 eyes (86.11%) was not decreased. The intraocular pressure was controlled on 32 eyes (32/36) in the short term and on 22 eyes (22/27) in the long term. There was functional blebs in 28 eyes (77.78%) in the short term.There was no serious complication in 36 eyes. Conclusion Double internal sclerotomy associated with ciliarotomy was a safe and effective operation for refractory glaucoma.
