胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒临床研究

目的]探讨胰岛素泵持续皮下胰岛素输注（continuous subcutaneous imulininjection,CSⅡ）,治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒（diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA）的临床效果.方法]将86例DKA患者随机分为2组：胰岛素泵治疗组40例,持续皮下泵入胰岛素;对照组46例静脉连续输注胰岛素.观察两组血糖变化、尿酮体的变化、血糖达标所需时间、低血糖人均次数.结果]两组患者治疗均有效.胰岛素用量、血糖达标所需时间、低血糖发生率胰岛素泵组低于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论]用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射胰岛素治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒安全有效.

Clinical study of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis

Objective]To investigate the continuous subcutaneous insulin injection in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis（DKA）. Methods] A total of 86 cases of DKA patients were divided into group CSII of insulin pumps and continuous subcutaneous insulin. Blood glucose levels before and after treatment, blood glucose target time and the incidence of hypoglycemia were recorded and compared. Results ] The two groups of patients were efective. The incidence of hypoglycemia; the time required for blood glucose target in CSII group were lower than that in control group, the difference was significant statistically （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions] Continuous subcutaneous insulin（CSII） is safe and effective for the treatment of DKA.
