单孔腹腔镜在泌尿外科的应用体会:附22例报告

目的 总结单孔腹腔镜手术在泌尿外科中的应用经验和体会.方法 回顾性分析22 例应用单孔腹腔镜镜技术行肾上腺腺瘤切除、肾囊肿去顶术及精索静脉曲张高位结扎术的患者临床资料.其中肾上腺腺瘤1 例,肾囊肿5 例,精索静脉曲张16 例.记录手术时间,出血量,术后镇痛药使用情况,术后伤口引流管拔出时间,术中及术后并发症,术后下床活动时间及术后住院时间等.结果 22 例手术均获得成功,术中术后均无明显并发症发生.结论 对于选择的病例,单孔腹腔镜手术安全可行、切口美观,符合患者美容方面的需求,具有良好的应用前景.

The experience of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery in urology:report of 22 cases

Objective To summarize the experience of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery in urology.Methods The clinical data of 22 patients who underwent laparoendoscopic single-site surgery were retrospectively analysis,of which 1 case underwent adrenal adenoma resectomy,5 cases underwent laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst,and 16 cases underwent varicocele high ligation.The operative time,blood loss,analgesia drug use of postoperation,time for drainage tube removement,intraoperative and postoperative complication,ambulation time,and hospital stay were recorded.Results All of the operations were successful,no complications were observed.Conclusions In selected patients,laparoendoscopic single-site surgery is safe and feasible,together with fine cosmetic result,which may be well applied in the future.
