医院工作人员对患者安全文化的认知研究

目的：了解医院患者安全文化现况，探讨医院工作人员对患者安全文化的认知和态度。方法：采用问卷对广州某三甲医院615名医务人员进行调查。结果：医务人员对患者安全文化认知和态度比较有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；医务人员事件报告频率的差蚌比较有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论：不同个人特征及工作性质的医务人员的患者安全文化测评结果和事件报告频率不同，外科系医务人员对患者安全文化的认知度和事件报告频率均较高。

Study about the cognition of patient safety culture in medical staff

Objectives: To learn the status of patient safety culture in hospital and to analyze the cognition and attitude toward patient safety culture.Methods: 615 samples were randomly drawn to perform the investigation of patient safety culture in a tertiary hospital of Guangzhou.Results: It is statistically significant that different cognition and attitude toward patient safety culture in different staff(P<0.05).It is statistically significant that different frequency of event reporting in different staff.(P<0.001) Conclusions: Medical staffs with different personal and working characteristics had different results in patient safety evaluation and frequency of event reporting.Staffs in surgeon had the highest score in patent safety culture and frequency of event reporting.
