摘    要:目的了解噪声对轧钢工人心血管系统的影响。方法选择某钢铁企业接触噪声的轧钢工人424名为接触组,选择不接触噪声的办公室、后勤工作人员325名为对照组,进行血压、心电图检查,对其数据进行统计学分析。结果接触组、对照组血压异常率分别为8.73%和4.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);接触组、对照组心电图异常率分别为22.88%和16.31%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。噪声作业工人血压随累积噪声暴露量增加呈上升趋势,心电图异常率开始时随工龄增加有所下降,随后又呈上升趋势。结论提示噪声对轧钢工人的心血管系统具有一定损害,应加强对作业工人的健康监护。

Abstract:Objective]To understand the effect of noise on cardiovascular system of steel rolling workers.Methods]424 steel rolling workers who were exposed to noise in an Iron and Steel Group Company were collected as the exposure group,325 office workers and logistic workers who have not been exposed to noise were collected as the control group,two groups received the blood pressure measurement and electrocardiogram examination,and the results were analyzed statistically.Results]The abnormal rate of blood pressure in the exposure group and the control group was 8.73% and 4.00% respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram in the exposure group and the control group was 22.88% and 16.31% respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure value of noise exposed workers increased with the increasing of cumulative noise exposure.The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram decreased with the increasing of working age at first,and then increased.Conclusion]Noise can damage the cardiovascular system of steel rolling workers,so the health surveillance of workers should be strengthened.
