动点定位旋扳手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

目的：探讨动点定位旋扳手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效,并与西其汀口服液疗效进行比较。方法：将我科自2010年9月～2011年11月诊治的51例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,治疗组28例采用颈椎牵引加动点定位旋扳手法治疗,对照组23例采用颈椎牵引加西其汀口服液治疗,比较两组患者的治疗疗效。结果：治疗组的总有效率为96.4%,对照组为73.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：颈椎牵引结合动点定位旋扳手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可以取得较理想的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Research of the Fixed-Point Positioning Rotatory Manipulationand Xiqiting Oral Liquid in Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective:To explore the effect of the fixed-point positioning rotatory manipulation and Xiqiting oral liquid in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods:From September 2010 to November 2011,51 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in our department were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(28 cases) was treated with cervical traction and the fixed-point positioning rotatory manipulation,while the control group(23 cases) was treated with cervical traction and Xiqiting oral liquid.The efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 96.4% in the treatment group and 73.9% in the control group,showing significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cervical traction combined with the fixed-point positioning rotatory manipulation has satisfactory curative effect for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,and is worth wide application.
