| 摘 要： | 目的:观察背俞穴温针灸对冠心病无症状性心肌缺血患者心电图及血液动力学的影响,并探讨其机理.方法:将60例无症状性心肌缺血患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,在基础药物治疗基础上采用背俞穴温针灸治疗,对照组30例,仅予以基础药物治疗,观察比较治疗前后两组患者普通心电图、动态心电图及血液动力学的变化.结果:治疗组治疗后各项指标与治疗前比较P＜0.05,差异有显著意义;与对照组比较P＜0.05,差异有显著意义.结论:背俞穴温针灸治疗冠心病无症状性心肌缺血的疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe warm acupuncture at back-shu point of coronary heart disease in patients with silent myocardial ischemia in ECG and hemodynamic effects,and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60 patients with silent myocardial ischemia were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group,30 cases on the basis of drug treatment in the basic use of Back-shu point warm acupuncture treatment,30 patients,only to be the basis of drug treatment,observation and comparison before and after treatment patients were normal ECG,Holter monitoring and hemodynamic changes.Results:After treatment,compared with previous treatment,it had a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with control group,it had a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Back-shu point warm acupuncture treatment for asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in coronary heart disease has a significant efficacy. |
