构建和谐医患关系是社会发展的需要

近年来,医患纠纷频繁发生并不断升级,医患关系一度成为社会各方关注的焦点。本文对当前紧张的医患关系现状进行了分析和讨论,主要从政府投入、医患信任、维权渠道、有效沟通和法律制度等五个方面分析了影响医患关系的主要因素,建议通过加快医药卫生体制改革促进卫生资源分配公平,实施有效沟通增进医患互信,健全法律制度保护双方合法权益,加强社会舆论监督引导医患关系良性发展,逐步缓解医患间冲突,促进和谐医患关系的建立,为推动医学事业发展和人民群众健康提供前提和保障。

Building a Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship is the Needs of Social Development

With the escalation and frequent occurrence of medical dispute,the doctor-patient relationship become the focus of attention of the social parties.The status of the current tense doctor-patient relationship is analyzed and discussed in this paper.Five main factors which affect the physician-patient relationship are analyzed.In order to promote the development of medical career and safeguard people’s health,fair distribution of health resources by accelerating medical and health system reform is suggested,and effective communication should be implemented to enhance doctor-patient trust,sound legal system should be established to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both sides,social supervision should be strengthened to guide the sound development of the physician-patient relationship.
