发育中小鼠胰腺D细胞的发生、形态及分布

目的观察发育中小鼠胰腺生长抑素免疫反应细胞（D细胞）的个体发生、分布及形态。方法免疫组织化学SP法。结果胚胎第14天，小鼠胰腺中出现D细胞。胚胎期D细胞散在分布于外分泌部腺泡之间或胰岛内；出生后直至发育成熟，D细胞多分布于胰岛周边，也有单个细胞镶嵌于外分泌部导管的上皮细胞之间。D细胞形态多样，可见免疫反应阳性的细胞突起伸至其他细胞之间。结论小鼠胰腺中的D细胞不仅分布于胰岛内，还可见于外分泌部的腺泡及导管上皮细胞之间。D细胞分泌的生长抑素可能对胚胎期胰腺的形态发生、发育及胰腺的外分泌和内分泌功能均有影响。

Morphology and distribution of somatostatin immunoreactive cells in pancreas of developing mice

Objective To observe the ontogeny,distribution and morphology of somatostatin immunoreactive cells(D cells)in the pancreas during the development of mice. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used. Results D cells were first seen in the mouse pancreas at day 14 of embryonic development(ED),scattering in the islets and also among exocrine acini during embryonic period.From birth to mature,D cells distributed mainly in the circumference of islets.Sometimes single D cell also could be seen embeded among epithelial cells of pancreatic ducts.Some immunoreactive positive cells could be seen extending between adjacent cells. Conclusion D cells are not only in the islets,but also among exocrine acini as well as embeded in the epithelium of pancreatic ducts.D cells may have a regulation to the ontogeny and development of embryonic pancreas.Somatostatin could also have an effect on the endocrine and exocrine functions of mouse pancreas.
