芬太尼不同给药速度复合丙泊酚静脉全麻用于人工流产551例观察

目的比较芬太尼与丙泊酚复合麻醉用于人工流产术时,不同给药速度对麻醉效果、不良反应及麻醉追加量的影响。方法回顾性分析2008～2009年4月无痛人流584例。其中观察组551例注入茂菲氏管静滴芬太尼,对照组33例静推芬太尼。结果观察组与对照组扩张宫口时的反应及追加剂量的例数比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.025）,呼吸暂停的发生例数比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论静滴芬太尼比静推芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉效果好、不良反应少、麻醉追加量少,更加安全。

Observation fentanyl delivery rate of different compound intravenous propofol anesthesia for abortion

Objective Comparison of fentanyl and propofol in anesthesia for artificial abortion,the administration of different anesthetic effect on the rate of adverse reactions and the narcotic effects of additional traffic. Methods Retrospective analysis of 584 cases of artificial abortion between 2008-2009 in our hospital, among of whome, the observation group composed of 551 patients was injected with fentanyl Memphis while （control group） 33 cases of static pushed with fentanyl. Results Both the observation group and control group at the time of expansion of miyaguchi and by additional dose, the comparison is of statistic siqnificance P〈0. 025,is also of statistic significance incidence of apnea and the comparison of the P〈0.01. Conclusion The intravenous infusion of fentanyl has move effective than the static push propofol fentanyl anesthesia,and fewer adverse reactions,less additional narcotic and more safe.
