百色市右江区2004~2006年中小学生视力状况分析

摘    要:目的了解百色市右江区中小学生视力低下状况及影响因素,探讨中小学校开展卫生教育对策。方法2004-2006年,按照《全国学生体质健康状况调查研究工作手册》对右江区12所小学和10中学学生的视力情况进行调查并统计分析。结果3年来共调查中小学生64759人,34267人视力低下,低下率为52.91%。视力低下率以年均5.81个百分点速度递增,视力低下程度也呈逐年加重趋势;视力低下年均增长率顺序是小学大于初中,初中大于高中;男生大于女生;城郊大于市区,普通中学大于重点中学。结论右江区中小学生视力低下的发生、发展与课业负担重,长时间近距离用眼密切有关,应引起家庭、学校及社会有关方面足够重视,同时采取综合措施预防视力低下发生。

Abstract:Objective To understand the vision status of pupils and students and influencing factor,and try to find out countermeasure for health education in Youjiang county.Methods The data on vision of pupils and students in 12 dementary schools and 10 middle schools from 2004 to 2007 were collected and analyze.Results 64759 students from City and countryside were exanimate.Of them 34267 students was vision low.The vision low rate was 52.91%.The rate was in- creased by 5.81% and the degree of vision low had tended to series very year.The order in average increase rate of vision low is elementary school higher than middle school,middle school higher than high school,male higher than female,sub- urbs higher than downtown,general school higher than key schooL Conclusion The occurrence,development of vision low in students were correlate dosed with much homework and the short distance with the eye.Families,schools and society should take more concern about it and take integrative measure prevention vision low.
