| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹的常见原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析29例腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹手术的临床资料。结果中转开腹手术均获成功，无并发症。结论术前病情评估误差和术中损伤是腹腔镜胆囊切除术中转开腹的主要原因，重视术前病情评估以及术中采取预防措施可降低中转开腹的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the common causes and corresponding Preventive measures of conversion to laparotomy during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Data of the conversion to laparotomy during laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 29 patients from June 2005 to June 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Resealts All the laparotomies which laparoscopic cholecystectomies conversion to were successful,and no complication occurred.Conclusion The main causes of the conversion to laparotomy during laparoscopic cholecystectom... |
