替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林治疗急性冠脉综合征的临床观察

目的观察替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林治疗急性冠状动脉（冠脉）综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法将抽取的100例急性冠脉综合征患者随机（电脑随机数字表法）分为两组：对照组（阿司匹林组）50例和观察组（替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林）50例。治疗3个月，观察两组临床疗效和主要心血管事件。结果观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组。此外，对照组主要心血管事件发生率为30％，显著高于观察组的8％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组血小板聚集率、全血黏度和血浆黏度均降低，与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组比对照组更显著。结论替格瑞洛联合阿司匹林可以显著改善急性冠脉综合征患者的临床疗效和体征，可以降低患者的主要心血管事件风险，而不增加严重出血，治疗效果显著。

Clinical observation of ticagrelor and aspirin for acute coronary syndrome

Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ticagrelor and aspirin in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods Totally 100 patients with acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups： control group （aspirin group, n=50） and treatment group （ticagrelor combined with aspirin, n=50）. All the patients were treated for 3 months. Clinical efficacy and major adverse cardiac events of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group. Incidence of major adverse cardiac events was 30% in control group which was significantly higher than that in treatment group （8%, P〈0.05）. Platelet aggregation rate, blood viscosity and plasma viscosity significantly decreased in both group after treatment, while treatment group had a better effect. Conclusions Therapy of ticagrelor combined with aspirin can significantly improve symptoms and signs in patients with acute coronary syndrome, and reduce the risk of major adverse cardiac events without increasing severe bleeding.
