D-二聚体、血尿酸与主动脉夹层的关系

摘    要:目的研究D-二聚体、血尿酸与主动脉夹层的相关性。方法选择经计算机断层血管摄影术(CTA)确诊的主动脉夹层患者45例为研究对象。收集性别、年龄、体质量指数等与主动脉夹层组相匹配的非主动脉夹层患者45例为对照组。检测两组血浆中的D-二聚体及血尿酸浓度并进行比较。应用Logistic回归分析D-二聚体、血尿酸及其他危险因素与主动脉夹层的关系。结果主动脉夹层组血浆D-二聚体及血尿酸浓度明显高于正常对照组。差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,D-二聚体及血尿酸与主动脉夹层显著相关(0R=2.834,P〈0.01:DR=2.087,P〈0.01)。结论D-二聚体及血尿酸与主动脉夹层密切相关,是主动脉夹层的危险因素。

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the correlations between D-two dimers,blood uric acid and aortic dissection. Methods Totally 45 patients with aortic dissection diagnosed by computed tomography angiography (CTA) were selected as aortic dissection group. At the same time, 45 cases with gender, age, body mass index (BMI) which were match those of aortic dissection group were selected as control group. Plasma concentration of D-two dimer and serum concentration of uric acid of the two groups were measured and compared. Relationship between D-two dimer, uric acid and aortic dissection were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results Plasma concentration of D-two dimer and serum concentration of uric acid in aortic dissection group were significantly higher than those in control group(P〈0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that D-two dimer and serum uric acid were significantly associated with aortic dissection (OR = 2.834,P〈0.01 ;OR =2.087,P〈0.01). Conclusions D-two dimer and serum uric acid is closely correlated with aortic dissection, and they are risk factors of aortic dissection.
