地方护理学院实施本科生导师培训的效果研究

摘    要:目的探讨对护理本科生导师实施培训的方法及效果。方法对16名护理本科生导师进行培训,通过比较培训前和培训后导师自评问卷及学生他评问卷的结果来分析培训效果。结果导师自评结果中,导师在了解本科生导师的职责、了解有关教学理论程度、了解护理职业生涯知识、理论应用实践、主动辅导学生做职业规划、主动让学生参与科研方面较培训前有提高.差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。学生对导师的评价从培训前(56.3±24.6)分提高到了(83.2±15.4)分。结论经过培训,提高了导师的综合素质,提高了学生对导师的评价。

Abstract:Objective To explore the method and effeets of training undergraduate nursing mentors. Methods Sixteen undergraduate nursing mentors were trained. The effects were observed by comparing the pre and post training evaluation by the teachers themselves and the students. Results From the results of mentors' self-assessment,the following aspects were improved significantly:understanding the responsibilities of the mentor,mastery of the teaching theories,understanding the knowledge of nursing career,applying theory into practice,helping the students to do career planning,and encouraging the students to participate in research(P〈0.05). The students' evaluation score was increased from(56.3±24.6) to (83.2±15.4) points. Conclusion After the training,the overall quality of the mentors is improved and the students' evaluation on their mentors is increased.
